Quiet. No morning garbage truck noises. No street noises. King bed with 4 pillows. Sofa in room. Large vanity to hold our bathroom items. Close to dining options. Fabulous breakfast offerings in the lobby area. This is our 2nd stay here in less than a year. Will always go back. Was cheaper and nicer than Motel 6, where we usually stay in this town. It's easy to find.

I liked the location. It wasn't far from where I was visiting. The street noise is loud though. They have a nice pool area and provide breakfast. I didn't attend breakfast so can't review that. They provide shampoo and conditioner in a pump connected to the shower. The place was quiet in terms of guests. My room had a cool loft bedroom upstairs in the room. I was the only person in the room but would've been cool if I had my family with me. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the front desk lady was very welcoming and kind.

We're not fancy folk, so keep that in mind. This was a really cool setup. It appeared that the owner had taken an apartment complex and turned it into a hotel. Our room had an upstairs and downstairs, which the kids absolutely loved. Obviously the room was spacious, well kept and clean. The staff was friendly and the owner is a Christian, so praise Jesus. The food in the morning was great, biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage and other side items. Thank you for an excellent experience!

The staff at check in was very helpful and courteous. They clearly enjoyed having guests and it showed in their demeanor. We traveled there by motorcycles and the staff offered us good protected parking spaces for our bikes and even said we could use their hose and water bucket if we wanted to wash our bikes (this has NEVER happened before when traveling.) The room, clean and ready for us, with two double beds in the main room and a loft with a third bed was quiet and comfortable and perfect for the three of us guys to rest for the night. Although it seemed like the place was full, we did not hear any other guests through the night. The amenities like the Pool and Jacuzzi were spotlessly clean and refreshing after a day of hot weather riding from western WA. Breakfast had something for everybody and for us was good "road food." The morning staff restocked items as they diminished and no one went without. At checkout we requested the bill be divided into three equal parts and the very nice lady at the counter was happy to accommodate us. The River Tree Inn is a Motor Lodge or Motel, but the high quality service is equal to or better than a 4 star hotel in a large metropolitan city!

My family and I were in town to visit family and friends, we chose this location because of the room available (king suite w/loft) there were six (6) adults, and 2 small children. Everyone enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool. I did appreciate that there was a tv in the upstairs as well as a table and chair. There was plenty of room for all of us and our belongings, however 6 adults sharing one bathroom was interesting at times. I also liked that one of my favorite place to eat were also very close in proximity (Sharps Burger Ranch)

The rooms were very cozy. Fan in the bathroom didn't work the first night in a queen double room Then we had a Deluxe King room the second night and it was very nice and the King size bed was very comfortable! The free breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed speaking with their staff! Pam & I believe his name was Tyler. They provided Excellent Customer Service!!! Maintenance man there in an instant if you needed anything! God bless and keep up the Great customer service!! Ross Windhorst

This place is a gem!!! The hotel is older but the inside is new and immaculate!!! There is convenient parking, the breakfast is amazing (and they keep it filled from 5 am-9 am!) and the coffee is great! The beds are comfy and the rooms, again, spotless!! The staff remembered us day to day and did a great job keeping our room nice. Wonderful experience all around! WILL BE BACK!!

We are traveling with a 50 lb dog and they have a few pet friendly rooms that have private dog runs off the room! It was incredible. My dog loved the space and I appreciated the privacy (7foot fence) and ease of use. 100% recommend.
